Powder Hound Properties is a new Real Estate Brokerage office in
the Lamoille Valley and Stowe area; however, the newness does not
equate to a lack of experience.As the principal broker and owner of Powder Hound
Properties, I bring twenty (20) years of real estate experience to
the area.
After
graduating from Norwich University, I experienced an unforgettable
twenty-three year career in the U.S. Army.Upon retirement, I established my property management
company and my real estate company in Northern Virginia.Both companies flourished and that success permitted me to
move to Vermont to start my new company.
In
anticipation of moving to the Lamoille Valley and Stowe area, (our
long standing dream), Elaine, my wife, and I decided to market the
companies for sale in July 2003 and sold the companies in November
2003.
Shortly
after moving to Stowe in January, 2004, I decided to establish
Powder Hound Properties.With Elaine’s undying support, we were able to accomplish
this goal.Powder Hound Properties is a member of multiple
professional real estate affiliated associations, The Stowe Area
Association, The Lamoille Valley Chamber of Commerce, and is a business
contributor to several local organizations, including the Stowe
Land Trust and the Vermont Ski Museum.
Powder
Hound Properties is here to fully support everyone’s real estate
needs throughout the area.As
a cadet at Norwich, I learned not only to follow but to embrace
the motto “I Will Try”, throughout my life.
I
